Yahoo Directory Important for Google Ranking?

Is it important to have any entry in Yahoo's Directory in order to get a high ranking in Google?

3 of my competitors have links from Yahoo and have a high ranking in Google.

every link pass god juice in serp if that is from high pr pages.

so may be that's possible that your competitor have high ranking due to yahoodirectory link. but serp not depend on even single link.

so better to consider all other angles too.

i don't think so, because there are many sites that doesn't link in yahoo but rank in google.
